2. Booking and Payment

• Services are booked via phone, email, or website form.
• Payment is required per invoice; we accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
• All prices in PKR (or chosen currency) as listed or quoted. Quotes valid for 30 days.

3. Service Guarantee
We aim for high-quality duct-cleaning. If issues arise, notify us within 48 hours; we’ll re‑service at no extra cost.

4. Cancellations and Scheduling

• Client must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee (e.g. 50% of quoted cost).

5. Access and Safety
You must ensure safe and clear access to ductwork and surrounding areas. We are not liable for existing structural or wiring faults discovered during service.

6. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, third-party damages, or pre-existing property damage.
• Our total liability is limited to the cost paid for the specific service.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding belong to Pure Air Duct Cleaning Services. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the business operates (e.g. Punjab, Pakistan).

9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here. Continued use implies acceptance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

– Cancellation by Client
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applied.

– Refunds
• Full refund if cancelled in time, minus any transaction fees.
• No refund after work is performed, except if service was not completed or repeated as promised.

– Rescheduling
• Reschedules accepted up to 24 hours prior, subject to availability.

4. Health, Safety & Environmental Policy

• All cleaning technicians are trained and follow safe work practices.
• We use eco-friendlier, non-toxic cleaning solutions when possible.
• Waste materials are disposed of according to local environmental guidelines.
